Giganto-Puppy

There is no end to Moose's energy. He loves to go hiking and can run for hours on end, keeping up with his older, more graceful brother Maximus. Recently we hiked around Lake Como, and here are some pictures from that beautiful day. Moose also just graduated from obedience class last week and is very smart! He loves to learn new things. Some of those things ought to be how not to jump on the couch and steal mom's spot, and also how not to take books out of the bookshelf and eat them while mom and dad are gone.

Handsome boy!

Moose has become quite the monster lately! He just got neutered yesterday and he weighed 80 pounds. That's pretty big for just turning six months old. He's as sweet as ever, and loves walking between your legs if he likes you. He also likes to jump halfway onto the bed to wake you up, and he likes to clean your ears. He just started obedience classes and is working his magic on the instructors, who all think he is super-intelligent. He is very strong and will pull your arm right off if you take him for a walk on the leash. We're going to teach him to pull only when he has his harness on, and to walk next to me when he's on a leash. I'll let you guys know how THAT goes!

Rockin' around the Christmas tree

Today we cut down the family Christmas tree! We went up in the Bitterroot National Forest, and my brother and I got to run and play in the snow. I even tried to help my dad cut down the Christmas tree!

Look Whose Ears Are Up!

Who knew my ears would ever make a decision? They've been one up and one down for about a month now, and today I think they might have decided! I weigh 50 lbs. now and I just turned four months old - everyone is saying that I'm going to be a monster! I already love terrorizing Maximus, and I can't wait til I'm even bigger than he is!

This is me on our Thanksgiving trip to see grandma and grandpa Robertson in Olympia. My girlfriend, Octopus, goes everywhere with me. I rike her a rot!
